Refund policy

Because e-books are delivered instantly and can’t be returned, we don’t normally refund a purchase once it has been downloaded.

We will always put things right if:

• the file is damaged or won’t open,
• you were charged twice for the same order,
• the product is clearly different from its description.

Email help@booktheshop.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number, and we’ll replace the file or refund you.

If you live somewhere with consumer laws that give you more rights, those rights still apply.
